I was called on the day I was to check in and told that my reservation was canceled! I traveled down and was left with no alternative for a stay for the whole duration from Wednesday through Saturday night! BIG PROBLEM I blame not only Motel 6 but EXPEDIA too because I was told that the Motel 6 was OVER BOOKED! COMPLETE BS! Makes me wonder if the MOTEL 6 staff canceled my reservations just to sell it to a higher paying booking because of the Event going on that week in LAKELAND FLORIDA I will NEVER EVER USE EXPEDIA again!! DO NOT BOOK USING EXPEDIA or WITH MOTEL 6!

good followup service, but, floor in room was dirty, toilet would not shut off (until i got it serviced), missing washrags, coat hangars (until i went and asked for them), entry door to room did not fit leaking noise, air and lots of light. attendant tried to help but couldnt take care of everything.

Bad bed bugs

We didn’t end up staying here. They attempted to call me and cancel due to being “overbooked” and then offered me the last room with a broken tv and serious bed bug problem. We left immediately. I do not recommend.
