Check in was easy, room was nice, but with a few drawbacks. My glassware ( all of it!) was scudgy and not clean. Shower was pretty, but took long for hot h20 to arrive, and not great water pressure. There was construction happening, so no pool or hot tub. Was in town for a friends birthday - we ate at Wolf on site, great food, and staff.

Very disappointed with our stay. Our room looked fine until we looked in and all the tops of the furniture were covered in dust. We though it would be fine because house keeping should come in the next day, which they did but the neglected to wipe down the tops of the furniture. They tidied the beds and emptied the bins. Next morning I asked the receptionist to have house keeping to go in and dust because it was affecting my allergies and my poor mum was having to use her inhaler just from being sat on the bed the dust was so bad. Room service went in and dusted, by 8pm the same day every thing was covered in dust again! The house keeping came twice in our whole 5 days there and once was because I had to ask for them to come in ! We didn't even get clean coffee cups, we were having to hand wash them ourselves, I even had to go ask for toilet roll because there was only one roll in the bathroom on arrival. Which looked half used . On arrival I expected to pay 170 dollars and yet I was charged over 574 dollars and then on check out I was charged another 236 dollars ! They tried to charge me for 5 nights parking even though I had parked on the street for 3 nights not in their parking garage. two of the nights the room next to us had their TV blasting away until the early hours so I went to reception and reported the noise disturbance but nothing was done about it .

Newly refurbished nice clean hotel. Overall the staff were friendly but the young lady who checked us out was the most unpleasant and unfriendly person and should probably not be in customer service. The charge for parking was quite high in addition a resort fee and the cost of the room and. Also, there was not really a place to sit out of doors at the hotel.
