Checking in more often!

Valet, front desk, entire reflections spa staff and concierge ~ Courtney, all warm and welcoming on our overnight business/holiday stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is attentive and professional. Can work, play and rejuvenate at Harrah's, will be back! Do not miss out on the spa, best massage in years.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, but I believe that parking and Internet WiFi access should be included in the price of the room, as it is by most competitors. Also, the requirement that I pay a 15% gratuity to order and pick up food to go in the restaurant is an excessive "tax" that has no basis in reality - there was no "service" provided to me beyond taking my order and bringing it to the front of the restaurant - this is a ridiculous overreach of the current trend of employees expecting "tips" for doing their basic job.

I love Harrah's. It's always Clean, Staff is Helpful and Polite. There are several restaurants to choose from at the Hotel. Also, it's close to the shops so I can walk. Great area.

There is no room service. If you stay more than 1 night,you have to make your room by yourself. Fortunately,I asked them to send some towels and they did it…..I say,fortunately because I almost have to use the same towel. They should improved their job.
