AC worked ok, but made a loud clunk when shutting off, so I would use it to cool the room down and then shut it off when sleeping. The refrigerator constantly made a buzzing sound when running. I was there from a Wed. through Sat, and the room was never cleaned or resupplied with clean towels, even though I was only there at night. They had all day to do this. TV had a space on the left side of the screen that was messed up and the colors were like digital. With so many empty rooms, somebody was given the room right above me and were very noisy, loud TV and banging noise. I have stayed here many times in the past and had better service, maybe this was just a bad time to stay, not sure why all this went on.

The room was dirty, walls dirty and floors dirty. No laundry facility and no pool as advertised. We were also charged for our service animal which we should have been exempt from paying.

Heater wasnt working in the room and we had a person with medical issue. Told office and got told they aren't maintenance person, plus its a warm place where we don't need any heat or we should just take him home. Very rude person. And finally got us a small heater.

The owner did not acknowledge my Expedia reservation and made me sit out in the parking lot for 15 minutes because he saw it come through. However, he said that he hadn't received his payment and demanded me to pay a second time. Then his wife walked in on my room w/o knocking
