Building layout was confusing contributing to long hallways. Staff was friendly and willing to take care of ourneeds. Restaurant was good, excellemt wait staff, but we could have gotten along just fine without the trivia pursuit coming from the bar. The bar noise overrode a quiet dinner.

Due to the location of the room facing the parking lot, I asked to be moved to a room facing the outside pool & it was taken care of with no problem. Staff was able to move me to a better location. The room was clean. The only thing that this facility is lacking that would make it even better would be having free breakfast.

We all had a lovely time. We were very pleased with this unit.It’s a little bigger than what we rented last year. Overall lovely!! 2 points: No grab bars in either shower The Keurig is out of date. It doesn’t have a tank and took us 2 days to figure it out and a couple of us have keurig at home. Your place accommodates 4 people. It would be nice to have mugs available and a Keurig that could brew 4 in a row . We really had no complaints, just a couple suggestions.

The Cove, was the perfect place to stay. It was in the heart of everything to do in Lake Geneva. The room is a suite, bedroom, dining, kitchen and living room . I will go back to the Cove again. Had a fabulous TIME.

The room floor was very dusty under the table,had notbeen swept in a long time ,when they replaced my coffee they put all decafe in it and that was a bummer,when there was already 3 decaffeinated left in it. Only one person working at coffee bar every morning people had to wait ten to fifteen minutes to put in their order it was a bummer when you couldn't use cash and their system was down and charged everything to my credit card, there needs to bmore than one paper towel and more than one roll of toilet paper in the room otherwise a good hotel

Really great hotel with super friendly staff, clean facilities, a great outdoor pool area and it’s super convenient to the lake, dining, and shopping. The only thing that stopped me from giving five stars is we had issues with the housekeeping in our unit four out of five days of our stay. The staff handled it all well, but it was still a little bit of a hiccup. Other than that, hands down we’d stay here again!

'Resort' is a bit of a stretch- our patio furniture is made of PVC pipe and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Other resorts I've visited provided robes as well, which would have been nice. I appreciate that they are trying to keep the pool exclusive to guests, but asking us to wear paper wristbands in the water and sunbathing felt uncomfortable and inconvenient.

King sized lake outing, child sized bedding

I rented & requested 2 king suites for a 2 day corporate gathering on the lake with the understanding that when you choose a one bedroom you are not guaranteed a king, it may be a queen sized bed. 1 suite was beautiful hardwood flooring modern updated decor & furnishings with an actual king sized bed. Unfortunately this was not my suite. We were given a carpeted suite with a "barnyardy" smell to it. Also with a Double bed, not a queen. My husband slept on the sofa( we are not large people lol). There was a party upstairs at 230 am that awoke us due musical chairs being played on the wooden deck above my bedroom window & a "gentleman" throwing beercans up to the balcony. Not pleasant. Next morning SOPHIA at front desk made it right, called in a Mgr, found a king suite and delivered the most outstanding customer service I have ever received at a hotel. We travel locally & internationally many times a year. Kudos to Sophia! Suggestion, when renting an "owner owned" hotel room, call & ask what exactly you're getting.
