The front desk never answered the phone once in a 5 day stay. Requests were missing items, the front desk on check out was of no help. We checked out 2 days early and understanding there wouldnt be a refund. When mentiined quality of service the front desk said it will be better they were just short staffed. This was during the week of a basketball tournament. When asked to see a manager was told they had a meeting. As far as credits for a terrible visit of 5 nights we were told we could have $50 IF we went and purchased something new for $50, not a credit on the already $450 bill. When asked for receipt of the stay, it wasnt available. When asked for an email of receipt, still havent received 10 days later. Front desk stated a manager would call the next day. Have not received a call.

There wasn’t hot water to shower with at 9:30 pm. When I tried to call and have it fixed there was no answer for 15 minutes so I gave up. We also had a letter slid under our door an hour after checking in advising us that they were doing AC maintenance from 12-6 am. When I told the CSR about the water issue she simply responded “do you need a receipt?”. There was no concern, attempt to remedy the situation or even placate me by saying she’d let someone know.
