I called ahead of time and explain to the lady that I talked to that my sister had scoliosis and would need to be as close to the elevator on whatever floor they put us on when we got there the lady that checked us in put us on the 14th floor Room 1453. I did ask for a shower at the same time I asked for the room with handicap bars, there were no bars other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

I have stayed here a few times. So, this rating is based off of this stay. I had issues with the staff being able to tell me about the app, how it works, and describing all the signs around the hotel with regards to the app and membership. Even though multiple staff members heard me address the military aspects of the signs in elevators etc, it wasn't until checkout that one staff member told me this was because there was a military designation for the membership player card. Which means I had been missing out. Isn't that why I asked the questions the night before? I still don't know how the cash back works, or if it does. And nether do the staff apparently. The staff I talked to were able to give a generic speech about it, but when I asked specific question which were actually important to me knowing how to use it, they had no idea. In the past, the room have been excellent. This stay, the room was less than clean and smelled a bit. All rooms were booked, so nothing to be done. Of course, there was a resort fee. In general, I understand why this place has a resort fee. Lazy river, pools, etc. But, when the amenities are closed 90 percent of the time you are there for weather (which is no fault of theirs) shouldn't you refund the resort fee? Overall, the value just wasn't there for this stay.

The pool area for adults only was awesome. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and updated, although the doors to rooms are not very soundproof. We could hear total conversations and hall noise throughout the night.

Double charged all three of my rooms. It took 4 days for the staff to finally address and I still haven't received my refund of security deposit. First day/evening at the pool area, several adults performing inappropriate sexual acts in the pool. Horrible experience for the family. Police finally arrived with a van to haul away bunch of people. This place has gone down hill. I will never return to this property.

My recent trip was an absolute blast! From the moment I arrived, the valet greeted me with a warm smile, setting the stage for an amazing experience. Checking in was a breeze, and before I knew it, I was on the sixth floor, soaking in the breathtaking views. I strolled around the resort, and even though I'm not a gambler, I sure am a foodie! I indulged in a variety of fabulous restaurants that tantalized my taste buds. The adult pool area was pure paradise, complete with delicious drinks and the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The spa experience? Unforgettable! I also took a leisurely walk on the beach, which was refreshing and invigorating. Breakfast was delightful, and I even had great conversations with some fellow guests. However, I must say, it was disheartening to witness some of the Caucasian customers being rude to the hardworking servers and bartenders. The staff, especially the pool crew, were exceptional – genuinely friendly and attentive. Watching the guests treat them poorly was frustrating; they truly deserved better. Despite that, the overall vibe of the trip was fantastic! I’m already daydreaming about my next visit. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking for a fun getaway. Relax, pamper yourself with a spa treatment, and if you're into gambling, dive into that too! Plus, they have an incredible cigar lounge that was the cherry on top for me – a perfect spot to enjoy a nice cigar and an old-fashioned The bartenderwas ok…
