Phone did not work, beer bottles behind the night stand, very strong chemical smell, DIRTY FLOORS, no iron and when one was requested we never got it. Microwave was dirty. And our room was never cleaned. We had to track down the cleaning lady for towels!!!! The hallways smelled like mildew. And why did I stay… we were pressed for time, on both days we had a full itinerary and just didn’t have time. AND THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THIS RAGGEDY ASS ROOM. I NEED MY REFUND ASAP.

The toilet ran continuously and did not flush. The sink.was stopped.up. After checking in we left and didn't return until after midnight, after showering i noticed the sink not draining. The toilet was running and had to be flushed several times before the paper went down, but continued to run. When i woke up the next morning it was still going. I reported it when i checked out.

Great hotel to unwind from casino busyness

Very nice hotel. I did not realize how quiet this hotel was and lit was not near the other hotels. Just right to enjoy the casinos, win, drink, eat, and come back to relax and unwind.

Go somewhere else for a while.

While this was a short stay, i think i would have atay elsewhere. Renovations were underway and the smell of paint was overwhelming in the hotel and in the room. We thought we would use the pool but while it seemed slow, the pool was overrun with kids that were being dropped off at the hotel, and maybe the hotel rented out the pool. I just thought that i could make use of it. Mold in the pool area, my sinks backed up. And when i reported it, they already knew. So why put me in a room that was not ready? No response from hotel staff. Looked like wynham was taking over but it certsinly was not ip to standards.

Never stayed at hotel with no towels in room to start no wash clothes and 1 big towel for four people and was told they would not have towels until next morning bath we had event that evening had to buy towels to shower before event will never stay at a Wyndham again worst travel experience.

My room was dirty smelly and dingy and on first floor in a corner next to indoor pool where the carpet was exceptionally filthy. Never stayed at a Wyndham with these accommodations. Being a Wyndham rewards member did not make a difference when assigning the room. Will never stay here ever again.

When we booked the hotel, it was not stated that it was currently being remodeled. We found that out when we checked in, had we known we would have stayed somewhere else. The staff was nice & polite. However, the room smelled like mildew and cleaner. The bathtub was dirty/stained. My mother-in-law stayed in a separate room and did not have any trashcans or a shower curtain along with her tub dirty.

Terrible experience. We booked and prepaid the reservation. After driving 6 hours to get there, was told there was no rooms available, and we would have to make other arrangements. It was after 9pm. The property did not want to give us a refund. Expedia fought for us and after 5 days we were finally able to resolve. This property sucks, Expedia is still the best!
