Good dining options onsite - not all open daily. Parking pretty easy. Room is spacious and comfortable with good bathroom. Surprised it didn’t have a small fridge. Overall - very good.

Everything was very nice, beautiful casino and resort. My only tiny complaint is that I feel the front desk staff could have been more accommodating when it came to the bottled water. We alway had to get it from housekeeping, which was fine but a few times on our way out or in it would have been nice to be able to pick some up there. Not a big deal, just my own preference.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge Hotel from 5/8/2025- 5/9/2025. While the property appeared pristine from the outside and upon entering the lobby, my family's experience during our stay was unfortunately not up to the expected standards. Upon entering their room, my family discovered that the bedsheets had not been changed from the previous guest, and there were stains on multiple spots, which we found unacceptable. When my mother reported this issue to the front desk, she was informed that she would receive a set of sheets in 10 minutes and was expected to change the bed herself. We believe this is not appropriate customer service, as guests should not be required to manage housekeeping responsibilities. While we appreciated the offer of a complimentary breakfast as a gesture, it does not address the fundamental problems regarding cleanliness and service that we experienced during our stay. Given the circumstances, we feel that a more appropriate resolution would involve either switching rooms or a partial refund for the inconveniences faced. We would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response regarding how you plan to address our concerns. Thank you for your attention Sincerely, JA
