Not a very good first experience of staying there. I brought up up of these issues at the front desk but no one seemed to care. Even showed them pictures.. (1) I paid extra to have the balcony room, but unfortunately never used it because upon opening the sliding door I walked my face into a huge spider web and a giant spider. (2) Towels were stained and had holes in them (3) The caulking caulking in the shower area had mold in it

Checked in and was upgraded to a perfect room in a perfect location w no noise by a lovely young lady. Watched Astros at the sports bar and server and manager both went extra lengths to find me a steak knife so I could cut my pizza. Ate at Vic & Anthony’s and server was very attentive. Saw Gary Allan and it was easy to get a drink. Really enjoyed the show. Enjoyed an afternoon by the pool. I really needed the relaxation. And the valets and bellmen all did a great job and were very friendly. Great experience.
