Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The hotel staff was not polite or welcoming, which set the tone right away. The room was dirty and did not feel properly cleaned. The breakfast area was disgustingly unclean and made us uncomfortable eating there. On top of that, the entire hotel smelled old and had a strong moldy odor. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

I basically had to fight with the housekeepers to clean our room. We werw there for 8 days and they cleaned 1 time. They wouldnt even throw away things like old food. I had to do it ourselves. Not 1 person in that hotel said hello, goodmorning. Nothing. Even though i would say it first. Breakfast would "run out" and hour and a half before it was supposed to end. I will never stay here again.

We have stayed several different places while visiting family in Lafayette, but ever since the first time in this hotel it has been our go to for the last 3 years. Staff members are alway so kind and friendly. Rooms are clean. The breakfast staff are a joy. Busy busy busy. Even though this holiday in has a small gym and pool we have only used the laundry Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

The only problem was the wait staff for the free breakfast. We were a few minutes late, but they still had the door opened. We went to get 3 bananas and the lady was rude to me in front of my young granddaughter s and one thought I stole the banana s.
