Check in took almost 1/2 hour Room could have been cleaned better No pool towels Bartender definitely didn’t want to be there Breakfast area was a mess and not able to keep up with food for how many guests were there, so. The Bar new they were going to be very busy for the Packer- Baltimore game, along with 2 or 3 private parties would be coming in after their parties ended. Still there was only one bartender who was very buried in the weeds Bartending and cooking! Poor scheduling by Management.

The view outside in warm swimming pool during winter was amazing for my boyfriend and I . The staff were very nice and they had amazing breakfast. Their room was very clean . This place very couples friendly for when you need mini vacation away from home. I want to come for sure when I can afford again.

The room was nice as was the hotel. The problem was checking in. I utilized the quick pre check in prior to arrival. Then arrived and nobody was at the front desk. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, the front desk staff arrived and proceeded to check me in. The entire quick pre check in was a waste and I had to duplicate the entire process. Frustrating experience for my first time with this organization.

When staying near La Crosse or Sparta i would definitely recommend. The lodge feel is great, the gym is pretty sad. There are towels but two treadmills and freeweights and no water. Overall great value still and would stay again for sure.
