We had a wonderful welcome for a last minute booking thanks to the staff at the Royal Garden Hotel nearby! This was due to a terrible mess made by Hotels.com!!! We changed our stay date by one day and could only get a virtual assistant that assured us the dates were changed. We arrived to find the original date was canceled but no new one made and the hotel was fully booked!!! Un acceptable Hotels.com!!! Thank you to both hotels involved to help us out after a long flight!!

Apart from a very attentive Chief Conscierge the service was mediocre there was no upgrade, room facilities 2x coffee sachets 2 x creamer sachets only. Breakfast basic and heavily towards asian tastes.Not up to standard for aus $ 465 per night.

Great experience, great location

When you stay there, you've got to try their buffet in the second floor. Amazing food for a very reasonable price. Stuff were super friendly and helpful. On my wife's birthday they sent a birthday cake to our room. Thank you! And the location is great too. About 10 min walk to Victoria Harbor, one of the most popular tourist attractions, which to me is the best choice since it isn't too noisy but still quite convenient.
