I have staying at this property for over 27 years as a Corporate Client excepting 2023 and 2024. I have been very comfortable with the entire staff at the front desk, conceirge and the bell captains and all others. They are extremely helpful polite and patient with you. The conceirge head this time was Raymond and I had to go to him to him for his advice 4/5 times and he always had the solutions.

The hotel is clean and a perfect option for staying in Kowloon. Loved it very much. The only inconvenience we had during our stay was there was a lot of construction noise outside the boulevard looking to Victoria Bay. But that’s not really under the hotels control.

As always, my stay was amazing with the special care extended by staffs of Residence Club lounge especiall Kathy and Grace. I was assigned my favorite room no.1414 with a brilliant harbour view and have spent the check out date with an excellent hospitality in the lounge as my flight was late in the evening.

It was worth upgrading to a harbour view room. Very luxurious hotel. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel 'softens' the look around the rooftop pool area, with garden planters to block the rust-coloured winches that you look at. Needed some greenery up there.

The hotel is about 5 mins walk to a main bus depot or about 10 mins walk to MTR (Tsim Shui Tsui East). Not too far but a bit of a challenge given humidity in April when we travelled. Decent places to eat nearby though maybe a bit more pricey compared to other places like Mongkok given the location. The hotel itself had top notch service and we were always greeted by friendly staff who offered to assist my family. They even helped celebrate my child and wife’s birthday with a cake and card which was very nice (thanks to Elaine and Kiki for organising). Room size was great for us though our children were 5 and 2, so could share one room which ample space for our things and being able to move around. We would definitely recommend others to stay here and would love to come back next time we are in HK.
