This hotel is fantastic! Great service, clean, and buffet breakfast was tasty. Rating this 4 stars and not 5 b/c our room was advertised as sleeping 4 people. We were travelling as a family w/ a 9yo and 12yo. BUT the room only had one king bed. There is not way out while family could sleep in one king bed. We orders a cot, which we had to pay extra for, and our 9yo had to sleep in bed with us. The rooms should be advertised for 2 adults (possibly + 1 child).

The room is spacious by HK standards. We had a big area to walk about in the room and put our luggages. The staff were really friendly and made our stay wonderful. They even helped us get a bigger 4-seater taxi on the day we checked out as we had 7 luggages. We took one taxi directly to airport which made the journey easier and more economical (vs 2 taxis or to transfer to Airport Express line). Depending on whether you can walk, the only possibly a con wasthat we have to walk about 5 to 7min to the nearest MRT station at TST East Station (which was ok for me, but my group has young children and elderly). The toilet comes with Japanese style bidet which was so comfortable especially in the cold weather( the toilet bowl was heated). Overall, very nice and comfortable hotel. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and the ladies were very attentive to our needs. We were impressed with our concierge Raymond Woo who listed to our needs for excursions on our own. We wanted to take in Hong Kong with local transportation such as the metro and Ferry. He gave us the exact routes to Victoria peak and we were able to view the beautiful sunset. We had lunch at the restaurant he recommended and it was very tasty with excellent service. We loved it so much that we returned the next evening to try Korean barbecue…again so delicious and delightful. Raymond gave us helpful tips such as where to view the light show in the evening and where to buy luggage. The following morning we wanted to go to Church and also to view the Buddha. So he directed us to the the bus system, subway, and the tram. Coming down from the tram, we had a beautiful view of the full moon on the horizon. It was truly spectacular. The instructions Raymond provided were exact and the journey was seamless. Raymond provided outstanding service with respect and kindness. We are so grateful to him for assisting us to have an incredible experience in Hong Kong.

The room is spacious and washroom is big. However, the room is impossible to accommodate family of 4 unless your kids are under 4 or 5 years old because the single bed is small. I would suggest hotel should mention about that. Otherwise, people think it can really accommodate 4 people. But we appreciated that during our stays, the hotel offered us an extra bed.
