This is our second time staying but in a larger room. The rooms are overall clean and service was good. However, it would be nice for housekeeping to know the # of occupants in the room as we had to ask for an extra towel multiple times because we had 3 of us.

Great room with a wonderful panoramic view. Booked a king bed, but was placed in a room with two twins (sigh). Room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff were amazing. Stayed 3 nights, but didnt need the room cleaned. Centrally located to take full advantage of the rail system.

I was really impressed with the location, professionalism and friendlyness of staff facilities of the hotel. It was recommended by- colleagues, originally from Hong Kong and stayed here when he visits. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The Foodhall on the LG floor has a great selection of food at very reasonable prices. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Hong Kong in future.
