Room is clean but the bed is not comfortable as one side was sunken due to wear and tear. However the hotel location is good. Public bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel.

The room was clean and as requested, we got a pretty quiet room. However, to our surprise, the room was smaller that during our first stay there. It was barely space for our luggage. We felt remembered on our hotel in Tokyo. Very good was that the airport bus has a stop in front of the hotel. The work at the reception was much more efficient that the first time we stood there. The lunch buffet was ok; not really great but acceptable.

The check in goes smoothly and fast. The staff's professionalism and friendliness makes the first impression of the hotel positive. The room is overall clean but the carpet is dued for a change. Quite a few dirty black spots and mild odor from it. The location is super easy access to buses and MTR station
