Excellent location, steps from all transit options and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and a generous size. No street noise. Friendly staff, dinner buffet was great. Lobby coffee shop was perfect for morning coffee and staffed by a lovely lady. For the price point an excellent place to stay! Would definitely book again.

Room needs a refresh, carpets in the hallway and room have seen better days, fridge while working are old and cannot fit any kind of bottle be it water or a variety of flavored drinks and space to put anything is limited. Staff are professional and courteous with english speaking personnel on staff.

Very noisy, walls are paper thin and hear people slamming doors and talking loud all night. Constant smell of cigarette smoke and slow elevators. Better off staying elsewhere.

Everything from the staff to the service and buffet were what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The food was incredible, and everyone was so polite and helpful. On several occassions, the front desk helped with my ipad and navigating the MTR and buslines. The coffee was beyond belief, and I felt more at home at Metro Park than anywhere else in the world
