This hotel was easy to get to on the metro and only a couple of blocks from the waterfront and Star ferry. The rooms were a little dated but bedding and room size exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel. Stayed many times in the past. Always exceptional staff and willing to help when needed. I forgot my phone in the cab, tired from my 20 hour travel day. They were able to locate the driver and had my phone in hand in less than 20 minutes. Also got my room ready at 8:30 am. They went above and beyond. This is the only hotel I will stay in when coming to Hong Kong.

Our rooms were very dated. The shower knob came loose so we couldn't turn off water until maintenance came to fix it. Our lights flickered a few times. However, the housekeepers are very nice and thoughtful to ensure our stay is enjoyable.

Overpriced Hotel, poor condition.

This Holiday Inn in Nathan Road has not been upgraded since my last visit in 2017. Flooring carpet in room needs replacement. Bathroom has been cheaply patched up and tired. Staff are unfriendly, lack hospitality. This was a great property, now no longer unfortunately.
