It’s the first time we’ve stayed at Gateway Marco Polo. The location is good. The bathroom is very spacious. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing I do not like is the hairdryer with cord attached to the wall. Most hotels these days are using normal hairdryers especially 4-5 stars hotels.

Loved my hotel room! Very comfortable, quiet, lots of room, clean, and nice. The customer service was amazing with hotel staff offering to get your luggage to your room for you. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The MTR is in walking distance also.

I had an exceptional stay at Gateway Hotel in Hong Kong! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with easy access to Harbour City shopping mall and the Star Ferry. My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like the complimentary mini-bar. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian options. Gateway Hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, luxury, and convenience. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel delivers an outstanding experience. I will definitely be back!
