Very nice hotel and with it attached to a shopping mall and MRT is a bonus. We enjoyed the large. comfortable and spacious room. Our room had a nice view as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall impression is good. Staff were polite. Location is excellent, convenient for shopping and closed to MTR. However there was some smell in the bathroom. Don't know if the smell came out from the drainage or not. It would be nice if better ventilation or stronger air conditioning in the bathroom. We have a family of 4, but only 2 glasses provided in the bathroom.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were all great to deal with. In particular, Ben helped us when checking in and checking out, he was fantastic. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Only thing to note is although it is really close to Mong Kok, there are a bunch of stairs and a bit of a walk you will have to navigate before getting to the actual street level. Not an issue if you are cabbing, only a concern if walking. Connected to a massive shopping mall which has tonnes of shopping and eating options as well.

Great 5 night stay! We enjoyed how close everything was (MTR, Moko Mall) and how easily accessible the MTR was. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were friendly. Lots of food options nearby and walking distance to Fa Yuen St and Ladies Market. We LOVED the safe drinking water tap in the bathroom. Saved us lots of money on bottled water! We enjoyed the hotel pool and gym. We will be back the next time.
