Only thing about this hotel is the location is convenience, everything else is just ok. Most of the stuff are friendly, except couple of them, when we asked few more questions, they becomes very inpatient, the bed is not comfortable, and not very clean, the water is strong and warm fast, with this price tag, I don’t know if I would ever stay here again. Hope to see some inprovement.

Daily room service. Room is bigger than most places in HK. Hotel is located 10 mins walk away from metro. There are buses near by as well. Alot of food places near by and easy to find location. Will say again.

This property was very nice, the inside was modern and well cared for. It was perfect for 3 people to stay in one room. When we went there was a strong typhoon so we had to stay in the hotel for a lot of our trip so I’m glad it was comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby and the train was easy to walk to.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There are good restaurants a stone throw away. It’a very clean and comfortable. For HK, the room size is quite decent. Staff response to requests are expedient and accommodating. Overall, great value.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal. On the first day, my sister experienced flea bites in her room. At first, we didn’t realize what it was, but once it became clear, we informed the staff. To their credit, they did apologize and moved her to another room. However, that was the extent of the response—no real follow-up or effort to make things right beyond that. When I asked if there would be any compensation, the reception offered two bottles of wine, which I later found out were worth only HKD 56 total. That felt more like a token gesture than any sincere attempt at service recovery. As for my own room, it had a strong, unpleasant funk that didn’t go away during the stay. I didn’t ask to change rooms only because I wanted to remain close to my sister. Overall, this experience left us disappointed. While the staff was polite, the lack of proactive service and minimal compensation for a flea issue made it hard to enjoy the stay. I hope the hotel takes cleanliness and guest satisfaction more seriously in the future.

Hotel is clean and modern but room is super small and there’s nothing going on in the area as it is quite a distance from all tourist spots . The Temple Street Night Market is 1.3 miles away which is not walkable in the summer.

The property itself was very nice. The only negative thing I have to say is that I had to make two separate bookings because my room wasn't available for the whole stay, which means I had to pack up, and check out half way into my stay. The negative part comes when I got to the front desk to check out, and check back in, and they asked "would you like to stay in the same room". I had previously emailed the property after making the two bookings to see if staying in the same room was possible, and was told no. Other than that, everything was good!

The front desk staffs are all with no smile and avoid eye contacts with guests entering into the On the first night of our check in after 9 pm, we found we only had US outlet plug and not the UK outlet plug. When asked if I could borrow an outlet plug as I need to turn on my laptop for business virtual meeting. The man said they did not have any outlet plug to lend and I have to go out to buy one. It was after 9:15 pm and most of the stores had been closed. The taxi drove along Mongkok area for over 20 minutes and finally we bought an outlet. It was really not a good customer service experience.

The room is clean and tidy. Cleaning ladies are polite and friendly. Best part is the self serve cafeteria with open area in 2nd level. Love the coffee and bakery serving daily. However, the front desk staff are all cool and in poker face with no smile.
