My husband and I paid for an upgrade at the hotel so we could have a bath in the room. We were aware the Hong Kong marathon would be taking place. However, our new room was exposed to the start line and music with extremely loud base at 5am. If we’d have known this we wouldn’t have willingly spend money on the upgrade. We were not impressed. The room itself was fine the furnishing were quite tired looking.

Fantastic hotel. All staff were so polite and helpful, including cleaning staff who greeted us every morning. Very clean, quite and safe. The only frustration was the slow elevators, otherwise our stay was perfect.
