Loved the access to the pool and gym for morning workouts and cooling off before a busy day. Convenient to everything including transportation, restaurants, laundry service. Very walkable and shopping accessible. Room was very quiet as we were in upper levels. The hallway and room carpet is due for an upgrade as that was the first thing I noticed when I exited the elevator. Otherwise would stay here again.

Excellent location, just moments from shops and the train station. The staff provided outstanding service and even offered us a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated given our late flight. I also loved that we could enjoy the hotel amenities after check-out. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-appointed. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Hotel was in a very central location, close to everything. The Langham Mall is literally across the hotel and train station was 5 mins walk away. At first, they couldn’t find our booking when we arrived so there was a delay with checking in, however they upgraded us to the Chairman Suite which is the grandest suite we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff was really friendly and attentive to our young children. We will definitely return again.

I stay for 8 days at Cordis, Great internet connection fast no froze, room was comfortable and clean, checking in and out staff were efficient. Special thanks to Rita Chan for excellent service, professionalism making my stay at ease. Central to shopping, eating and walking distance to all transportations. We had a wonderful stay even though a typhoon was bearing down on Hong Kong. Excellent staff - particularly Vinod, the manager of the lobby breakfast restaurant. We will stay again!
