We loved the upgrade from Club Executive Deluxe room to Club Executive King Studio room during our stay from 31 Dec to 8 January. In between for 2 nights we were supposed to go stay in Tung Chung but decided to cancel that and just stay in this great Cordis HK hotel throughout! The services rendered by all staff in the Executive Lounge was excellent. We would like to thank Kevin who helped us arrange to stay in the same room throughout. Special shout out to Mahen, “Joycelin” and one more female staff (apologies I forgot her name) who was so sweet to upgrade our room when we checked in. We thank Peggy, the housekeeper for being attentive to our requests. The breakfast team in the Executive lounge as well as the Lobby breakfast team were excellent. I especially loved the cappuccino made by Vinod. This is our repeated visits and we will choose Cordis hands down for its excellent experience and convenient location.

Our room was awesome. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Only feedback would be the breakfast in the hotel. The ready made fried eggs in the pot were cold and taste awful. Pau was cold too. One staff handling the fruit juice and waffles section made the service really slow. Food was not promptly refilled. Nonetheless, staff in the restaurant were friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this hotel as it is near shopping and MTR.

- Room size is small. - king bed is made from 2 super single bed so is not as comfy, results in having many bumps on bed. - slight musky stale smell - room amenities can be improved. Furniture in the room is old. Hair dryer is still the old school type. Curtains have to be self drawn. Toilet is old even with the glam asthestic.. The glass sink can see the yellowing of the rims and the toilet bowl when the blue chemical is rinsed away, ours had a slight brown spot which looked dirty. - however, staff and housekeeping services are prompt. = location of hotel is the only plus point.
