Wow what can you say, from the check in experience with an upgrade to a suite on the top floor with stunning bathroom, and to die for views. Breakfast is next level and probably the best in Hong Kong. Caters for all nationalities, special mention to Gabriel who really provided an exceptional experience and the Executive Chef who explained some of the local specialities. Our only disappointment was we didn’t stay long enough. Great location opposite Langham Place shopping centre and Nathan Street shopping and MTU. This is our second stay and we will be back.

Look is deceiving! The hotel looks great from the pictures, location is convenient. However, it's so crowded once you stepped outside the doors. Senior be aware. Facilities are not for the aged. Have to book a room with shower, the bathtub is sloped and inconvenient to get in and out of. Even the shower has no handle bars for support. Not everyone can stand on one foot to clean the other (LOL). Only good thing is the STAFF - helpful, courteous and friendly (but they don't have a magic wand, unfortunately.)
