Close to airport and great place to stay

I had a plane delay and needed a place to stay. I was able to secure a great rate, got a wonderful room with a view of the Smoky Mountains, and received great service from Aaron, the evening counter person.

Hotel overall 3 stars. Breakfast VERY limited, old hotel, cracks in walls, dust in vents, beds comfortable and clean room. Convenient location, easy access to restaurants. Quiet and safe. Great price. I would stay again but skip the breakfast.

Expedia listed this hotel to sleep 5, but really it was only adequate for 4. There were only 2 queen beds for 5 people. We asked the front desk for extra bath towels since there were only 3 in the bathroom. The front desk staff told us that our room was only for 4 people so 3 towels should be enough (!?). But they couldn't give us anymore because they were out anyway. The lights in the bathroom weren't working and the shower head was spraying the ceiling. The room itself was very dark with only one small ceiling light by the door and then a few dim lamps around the room. The elevator was stuck a couple times as well. I do not recommend this hotel.

Front desk was awesome with customer service. My family was late to pick me up, the Ashley made me feel comfortable as I waited in the lobby. Ashley also made sure I was able to watch a March Madness while I waited. Thank you!

Only wish they had wi-fi on the TV so I could watch my Netflix shows. I couldn’t figure out the TV and I’m a techie person. Oh well…Went to Ruby Tuesday for a little bite as it was right next door. Loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Sleep well. Shuttle was ready early and airport was just across the street. I will stay again.
