Just found out they billed my credit card for use of safe, I did not use. They took charge off final bill given to me at checkout, but still billed separately to my card. Swimming pool not heated, was too cold to enjoy. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, otherwise room was okay. Paperwork said check in at 2:00 pm, also sign in lobby shows 2:00 pm. But was told it is not until 3:00 pm and had to wait. Smoking area is right outside main entrance so you walk into smoke every time entering or leaving. Breakfast is only waffles & muffins.
Front desk services was good. Breakfast food selection limited. The bed was comfortable . Upon entering the room, an odor (possibly filter need changing)

The first room smelled awful. The second room was better but had stained pillow cases and the mini fridge was not even useable. The room had windows that opened out to a very nasty rooftop area. Employees were hanging around just outside of the building smoking which was blowing smoke back in the building. They had the WORST breakfast selection ever. There was no fresh fruit. No meat or eggs. Fruit loops, white bread or make your own waffle. Awful

Good enough
Good enough to stop and sleep during long drive. Hallway smelled like animal pee, the room didnt but i would get a little bit of the smell every once in awhile. But overall not a horrible experience. Staff was very nice.
We checked in the hotel for a family getaway which was good. However, I had a knock on my door that night by a man in a pink shirt (not in a uniform) stating he had a call that there was weird noises from my room. My son and I was in the room and was watching a Disney movie. Later on saw the same man in a uniform. At 3am the alarm in the room next to me went off playing loud music and woke me up, had to turn the AC unit on to try to drown out the noise and froze my son. Told the front desk and nothing was done about it. Came back to the hotel to my key not working, went to the from desk and was given new keys that still did not work. The lady at the front desk opened my room with an actual key and was told i will get new keys that will work. I waited and waited and finally left my room to go out and stopped at the desk and the manager Cody had an attitude as if i was bothering him about being able to get in my room and handed me his master key to make sure i get in my room (which didnt work) . He didnt know who i was and gave me a key to open any room was CRAZY!! The man who knocked at my door the other night came and looked at my door and said the door needed new batteries and he would be back to change those and never did. That same night, people was checked into the room next me and heard lots of crying as if they was sitting next to me. My stay was soooo horrible and i let Cody know and nothing was even said or done. I will never stay here again.

We found 2 bed bugs as we were packing up to leave.
Absolutely filthy. Months of filth build up. Horrible smell. By far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. We left immediately.

Staff walked into room without knocking, unlocking slide lock and door lock. Continued into room even though he saw it was occupied. Wanted access to the bathroom where my child was showering. Management had sent him to the wrong room. Corporate fine with hotel apologizing supposedly by email, which didnt happen. Refused refund
When we got there the room we reserved was not available. After having them check a few rooms to see if the type of room I reserved was available there was none. I revered a double queen suites. There were 4 of us plus an infant. We wanted the suite as it had a sofa bed and my grandson who is 12 did not want to sleep with grandma. We had to settle with a double queen room which resulted in my grandson sleeping on the floor. Was not a happy person. Also the pool was not open and this was one of the reason we picked this hotel. They also charged me more for this room. Don’t know why
