Communication on check in was poor. We were told we would be called when our room was ready, no call. We came back around 4:15 pm and were told yes our room was ready. We were advised by the desk it must have been a mix up at change of shift. Another example of poor communication. The room was clean and comfortable. A few pool tiles were missing, the exterior of property not on par on with Hilton. Overall okay, not really what I’d expect from Hilton.

Just ok. Disappointing for the price.

Terrible water pressure for the shower, hot water was slow to arrive when we needed it. So-so for cleanliness. Renovated 2024, bathroom is small and older style with fresh paint.
