Have been to Coachman several times. Its not the Ritz Carlton, but its a clean, reliable motor lodge. Located within the Kittery Outlet shopping area. There are several excellent restaurants within a two-minute drive. Excellent choice for an overnight stay.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs refurbishing, tilted north. Tub was dirty. We cleaned the air conditioner filter, was completely full/filthy. Worked better after being cleaned. Staff was pleasant.

Beds were comfortable. TV channels were mediocre at best. Quiet at night. Location was great. Only negatives were that tub drain didn’t work and shower curtain needed to be changed due to black mold spots.

Dirty room and it just felt overall unclean The pool is absolutely not usable and is filthy There were bugs and spider webs in the rooms and mold or something else gross on the ceiling The toilet ran 24/7 Air conditioning was good
