Answered text about "how is your stay" with same result. Your text was apologetic, promised prompt attention....NOTHING. Spoke to live housekeeper got a mini bar of Dove hand soap. Excellent location for those taking Kingston boat tours

Nice location but facilities are a bit dated. Parking is extra $30 + tax per day. Declined for an early check-in as "the hotel was fully booked the previous night". When we came back after 4:30pm, there was a line-up of 6-7 ppl and it took well over 10 minutes to get . The room was fairly clean but no toilet paper in the bathroom.

Great location, hotel was clean and quiet when I went (Sunday-Tuesday). So close to loads of things which is why we chose this specific hotel. Safe were polite and were helpful.

View from room was supposed to be “river view”, however, very misleading. The view was of a partial river view but mainly a parking lot and old unused pool. Balcony was extremely dirty, bugs and spider webs surrounded the railing and screen door, which was not properly cut to size. Cleaning crew were consistently in hallway at every hour of the day, multiple at a time. Hallways were filthy and not vacuumed.
