The condition of the bathroom wasn’t good, it wasn’t dirty per se but rather run down. The curtains were old and need replacement as they had mildew the ceiling was peeling and the tile was really cold. It was noisy until 1 am, difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good!

The staff were helpful but the stay was not what we expected at all. The crib that we were given to borrow was broken, breakfast was awful (only hard boiled eggs, no meat at all and pancakes that took forever to make but still felt undercooked), and the pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Wish we had stayed somewhere else!

Great value for the $$ if you're not expecting a 5 star hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious and quite comfortable. Only complaint is for the love of baby puppies, time to upgrade your TV's. A 15 year old TV with lines running top to bottom on the right hand side warrants 1 star off.

The room was quite clean and comfortable. I choose this hotel because it sits just off a main road into Queen’s University. It is well located for getting into Kingston and then immediately onto the HWY 401. The parking is so easy to find. Well lit outside for security. The housekeeping staff were so great. The few I encountered in the halls were so genuinely friendly. I appreciate the work they do very much.
