When we got to the room nothing worked. The phone, TV or lights. Used my cell phone to call front desk. the cleaning crew had unplugged, and miss plug all items, and shut off power to room. I think that is not good for the hotel, as it took a while to fix everything. We were both tired, and this did not help the matter. They need to train the staff better on how to clean up and make sure all things in the room are working.

In Kingman for softball tourney, was in a clean and close location to the fields and food.

The service for the TV was TERRIBLE. The front desk blamed it on the weather, but ... it was Kingman. And it snows in Kingman. And it really wasn't snowing.

Stayed here on a road trip with my senior dog. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was fully stocked with Dove products and there was a hair dryer. Breakfast had a full selection of hot (scrambled egg, sausage, oatmeal, french toast, pancakes) and cold (yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal) and drinks. Super easy check in / check out. And great facilities for my dog (bags provided). Thank you!

Room soundproofing could be improved. People in next room weren't all that loud but we could hear them and when they moved around we knew it. Breakfast was just okay. Poor guy was covering breakfast and front desk. They were out of eggs. Hotel was fine and staff were fine. Just a few things to improve.
