Pics on website are fake. Pool was closed and looked like a storage dump. Room was disgustingly dirty and mold growing on bathroom door. 3 of 4 lamps didn’t work, exhaust fan, telephone, and clock radio were not working.Multiple holes in walls patched but not painted. Was not aware rooms were available for low income monthly rentals!! Hair in bath tub and toilet

I normally stay at Day's Inns whenever I travel. They are always great olaces to stay. This one had the normal amenities, refer, microwave, toiletries and that is a given at about all hotels. Room 111 had shoe prints on the bathroom floor, the furniture was a mismatched, hodge podge of different pieces. Nothing looked original and was worn in many areas. There was no coffee maker and the TV would not work. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep well. There was no counter in the bathroom so jowhere to put accessories. I will not be using this Day's Inn again.

They kicked out my pregnant daughter!!!

Very disappointed! At time of check in I was told in the morning I could pay $25 for 1 extra hour for late checkout, however when I called in the AM, they said I could only stay an extra 30mins. I had business to take care of and was on my way back & was 5 minutes away and they kicked my daughter and son in law out of the room. It was literally an additional 5 minutes and I came back to them standing in front of the hotel. I was shocked considering the lady I talked prior to check in was so nice and the man that checked me in when I arrived was also nice. However the lady that worked that Saturday morning was awful! She was so rude! Even after I offered to pay & told her what the previous gentleman told me. She insisted that isn't something they ever do, also seemed very smug about the fact I was so upset! Again, she was awful! I also don't understand how you kick a pregnant woman out when she is telling you her ride is 5 minutes away. Very disappointed on top of this because I have stayed here multiple times, it's where I stay whenever I visit Kingman. Now I have to find a new hotel for my future stays. Sorry but kicking my pregnant daughter and son in law out is just something I can't look past. Horrible service!

Stay away! Worst rooms ever!

Worst hotel I have ever booked. We needed a place to stay for one night and we didn't dare to stay here. We were traveling with friends and all three of the rooms were horrible. One room smelt like cat urine, one smelt like meth lab and the other one was all of the above. All three rooms had stains in the carpet and just were overall filthy. We all took our keys back to the front desk and they denied our money back. I also forgot to mention that many of the rooms were occupied by people that were staying there long term and they were drinking, smoking and partying right outside our door way. This hotel should probably be shut down for the condition it's in.

This is a drug motel. Carpet was stained and smelled like cat pee. Needs are worn out and look like a W. Online pictures are doctored. We didn't stay. We left and went to a different hotel.

Worst hotel I've ever seen

After looking at the room, I immediately returned to the front desk and told them I couldn't stay there. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, so we could barely breathe. The furniture was broken and busted up; the carpet was stained and gross. The doors on the hotel were so bad, it was terrible. I can't believe Hotels.com would allow such a dilapidated property on their site. In addition, there were several young men hanging out on the stairways wearing the wife-beater style tank-top shirts that looked like possible gang members. I am including a couple of pictures. I would like a full refund. Again, I could NOT stay there, it was terrible. I went to another hotel, The Springhill Suites, by Marriott down the street.

Furniture was filthy, carpet was filthy, mini-fridge was dirty, and the bath mat towel looked like someone just used it to clean their hands after fixing their car. The only decent thing was the shower water pressure. The wall panel in the shower was separating from the wall, so I am pretty certain there is mold there. We could also hear what sounded like pigeons repeatedly cooing through the ceiling in the bathroom area.

This property is old and ran down. Not what I expected for a Days Inn. The room was filthy and appeared to be under construction by a contractor who disappeared after pay day. The entry door and bathroom door appeared to both have been kicked in, unknown if by the police or deranged tweeker. The bathroom area and shower has kept the dry wall puddy industry at max production. The trash can works as designed.

The room was a disaster. Holes plastered over, had to turn television on from the back and turn off same way. Toilet had to be flushed twice to let anything go down. Air conditioner doesn't work. Facility needs much improvement.

Warning: This Day’s Inn should avoided at all cost. The staff and managers are liers and do not look out for their customers. We booked for a non-smoking room but when we got to our room, I realized they gave us a dirty, smelly smoking room. I went back to the counter and complained. Intead of resolving the issue, they lied to us saying that’s what we booked, so I showedt our receipt that we booked for a non-smoking. Then they told us there’s no available room. It was late and we were tired. They told us they will move us to a non-smoking the next day. Both my wife and I got sick that night due to the smell and the nastiness of the room. The towels so dirty it was brown, the sheets were full of hair, and the carpet was so sticky that you know bacteria was all over. The next morning, we went again to the counter and made sure they will move us to a non-smoking room. The staff guaranteed us that we will be moved to a non-smoking room and even told us to remove all our things from that room so when we come back, they’ll give us the room key for another room. I should have not made the assumption that they will do what they promised when they already lied to us at the very start.

Disgusting

The room was nasty! Carpet looked black and was frayed and unattached to the flooring. Chair was stained really bad, had to put a towel on it to sit. Slept on top of the covers because the bedding still looked dirty. The bathtub is peeling and stained. Was afraid to shower in that tub. We felt like we needed a tetanus shot after staying there. The pillows are very flat but the bed comfort was ok. We would not stay there again.

Don’t ever stay here.

Room was dirty & disgusting. Booked a King bed Non Smoking but instead was put into a Twin Queen room that just smelled of smoke.
