The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Temperature was a bit hard to control. The shower never seemed to get HOT. It was warm enough. The thermostat didn’t seem to work. It was as if it was overridden by the establishment. It got quite warm at night and was sometimes a bit cool during the day. That being said it was very cold when we stayed. Mostly negative Fahrenheit temps ranging from +8 to -30 during our 4 night stay. Overall it was worth the choice to stay and all four of us adults (2 rooms) would select this lodge again.

The lodge absolutely saved us when our Vrbo host ghosted us on our recent trip. Sarah and Tracy were able to work some magic and find available rooms so our group was able to get the 3 rooms we needed completely last minute. We're planning to look here first for all future trips! It's also in an amazing location a few minutes from the mountain, the ski stores, and restaurants

Several reasons not to return to the hotel: -Nobody came to tend to our room -The shower water pressure was horrible -In the shower we had an empty bottle of body wash…something that would be discovered if the room was properly attended to -Charging $100 for late check out of two hours is pathetic especially when you aren’t tending to the rooms anyway -The room was quite cold which was not unexpected given that it was extremely cold outside however we discovered that the thermostat was on cool instead of heat…again something that would be discover if the room was properly attended to.

The hot tub was great after skiing. It was nice and hot and had enough room for many guests. The common rooms were a little drafty and cold and the restaurant/bar area had more of a cafeteria feel.

We had no running water for two days and when they did finally fix the water issue, our hotel room got flooded when all the water backed up came out of our sick and onto the floor and room. I had to call Police and fire department when there was an incredible amount of water in the room. This was probably the worst stay I’ve ever had and I do not recommend anyone going to this property. Our luggage got soaked and wrecked from the flood
