Very disappointed because at my arrived the guy was ok, but not very welcome, but at least helpful , I reserved 3 family rooms for 6 persons, and the mayor problem was they didn’t have me that, and they were full, so I didn’t have enough beds for my family. And at the last, very dirty place. Never come back, they don’t respect the what I reserve.

Heat didn’t work, had to have staff give us extra blankets. TV didn’t work and sauna was also not operational. I can forgive everything but the heat should always work especially in the winter. 0 stars.
