My friend and I are both disabled. We couldn't carry our luggage upstairs or downstairs. The desk clerk and a very nice customer carried our bAGGAGE upstairs for us. This morning the desk clerk and the cleaning staff helped us get the luggage back in the car. None of the hotel employees nor the customer would take any pay. We really appreciated their help. We enjoyed our stay. You really need an elevator.

Pleasant but

Place was pleasant and quiet. Rooms were clean. Hotel is I’m sore need of updating. Lighting is like being in a hospital—not very warm or welcoming. Carpets need to be changed out. Mattresses need to changed out too. Ours was caving in the middle. Water pressure was great. It was also nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room!

It was a good stay. We went to visit family. I just didn't like the idea of taking my dog out to potty in the back and then had to walk all the way around front to get back in. Although They accomodated my service dog and the pet room was clean and smelled fine.
