Overall great experience. If you are looking for a resort with A LOT of children this is good. There was always kids playing and yelling and splashing around in the pool. That’s not exactly what we were looking for but it was okay. Staff was so nice! I only had one older lady give me a hard time about using the bathroom in the hotel lobby. She yelled at me to get out as it was only for guests… I was a guest there for an entire week I even got married on the beach. Other than those two things 10/10

Subpar and way too expensive for what you get. This is at best a 3 out of 5. It claims beachfront when in reality you have a few chairs by a pond. There is no house keeping without repeated request. Like not even take out the trash or bring in new towels without continuous pleading. Please pick a better stay than we did.

Nice quick trip

We had a really great time for an unexpected trip to Key West. All the staff were nice and the whole facility was clean and comfortable. The heated pool felt great. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Fun stay
