For $350 a night, I expected some service but got very little. No daily maid service so no clean towels or coffe supplies. No shuttle or breakfast before 8am. No true beach as I was led to believe by the advertising(couldn'tget in the water). Just disappointing to spend that much and receive so little.

When we arrived at this property, we already felt it was a beautiful place. Not knowing really what we were going into, then we opened up the door to our room. We were amazed, have such a beautiful place that we are going to stay. The pool is beautiful. You get service at the pool. There's the pool bar, there's also the ocean right next to it. Everything you need is in our room. We are truly happy. We had extra days at the end of our trip. And we chose to come back and spend a second 4 days here, instead of somewhere new it was that good.

We stayed in a King Deluxe room. It was clean, the bed was amazing. The pool was a great place to relax. The complimentary van leave for Duval street on the hour. The driver was always on time. Would definitely visit again

Got stuck in key west one night longer than we were supposed to - and so once our flight was canceled at the airport out for the nearest hotel. So we didn’t experience any of the amenities as it was a very quick stay. The hotel room was clean, but very basic and the refrigerator was incredibly loud all night.

Beachside Resort is a surprising big kept secret- the rooms are updated & amazing, the bed was the BEST I have slept in, in a LONG TIME. It felt like I was home- sitting out on the balcony relaxing is what we NEEDED…..we enjoyed being there last week (April2025) on the top floor!!! The Tarven restaurant- the food is 5 Star our waitress was amazing ( she was like a floating butterfly) … The staff was accommodating -my only 1 complaint is that they offer transpiration downtown Key West but we were never told and paid for parking through the nose…the tram (train) station was continently across the street (but were not told ) trying to find parking anywhere down town Key West/Duval street is a Nightmare!!! But overall I had a great time and look forward to returning to Beachside Resort. Thanks Beachside for the Best stay!!!
