Great vacation with my son. Ultimate adventure was awesome. Property was nice. Room was too small for my taste, but otherwise, friendly staff, close to shopping, plenty of places to eat in the area. No laundry on site, no microwave in unit, shuttle to downtown was a bonus. Beach was too small but pool area was nice as well. Best part of my stay was definitely the ultimate adventure, 6 hr. Fun cruise, book it in lobby with concierge. Jet skiing, banana boating, snorkeling and my favorite, parasailing.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was a little disappointed. Great beachfront property with pool. Rooms are clean but we stayed 5 nights at this hotel and didn’t get room service a single time during our stay. No fresh towels, no restock on coffee, nothing. We booked two separate rooms, and my mom was the only one who saw housekeeping at all. The staff member opened the door to provide room service, but saw that my mom was there, and said she would come back later. My mom asked if she could just get coffee and cream since she didn’t need linens at the time and the staff member agreed and never came back. That was the second day of our stay. Overall it’s a beautiful location, but was disappointed in the service.

Garbage was a problem. Too thin bags, small and not too many for 4 days stay. Not enough blankets and too thin blankets. Floor was dirty. Jacuzzi hairs all around. Beautiful place but a little inconvenient.
