An okay stay, but not quite what was expected

The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, there were a few letdowns that made the overall experience feel a bit underwhelming. No hotel map was provided at check-in, which made it harder to get oriented. The shuttle service was definitely convenient to get to downtown, but it does fill up quickly during peak times, so plan ahead or you’ll have to wait another hour for the next one. The pool area looked like a great setup online, but in reality, it was so crowded that we couldn’t find a chair or enjoy a swim and the pool bar felt neglected. I tried to inquire about kayak rentals, but couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone, and the concierge desk couldn’t help either. Overall, the hotel’s website paints a more polished picture than what’s delivered. Not a terrible stay, but I wouldn't rush back.

Beachside Resort - Awesome in June!

Very nice for the price. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Decent location away from town and crowd, but the shuttle service to the tourist area is great! They have two 15 passenger, air conditioned vans that leave and pickup on time as scheduled on a first come first serviced basis, so you may have to pack a little patience. 15 min free drive to the action! Wish I could remember our drivers name - polite! I would have preferred the pool was a little cooler. Felt like I got into a luke warm bath. The food and drinks were good. Convenient to local neighborhood shopping (grocery, pharmacy, clothing, medicsl, etc.) Safe. Quiet. Clean. Room was nice, good size, and updated. Ample covered parking. No complaints!

I woke up to stained bedding. I took photos and shared with staff and the manager and was told they would not do anything. I was told I was being a “BULLY “ and this was not stains it was goose down. I have never been treated with such disrespect. HORRIBLE!! And this is a 4star resort. VERY disappointed.

Generally good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is no maid service unless you pay an extra fee. Our TV did not work properly the whole time we were there. The pool area is very nice and there is a small beach area.

Great location in Key West! 15 minutes to all the action on Duval Street. Rooms were spacious but some repairs needed. Great pool and great options for boat tours.

We only stayed 2 nights and went to downtown Key West. The room was very clean but extremely small. It was a king bed with a bathroom. We did appreciate the large TV, mini fridge, and the shower/tub was very nice. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included was like from a salon. The pool area and bar was very nice! The food at the restaurant was very good. The small beach area was very pretty, although I wouldn't swim there. We played cornhole then watched a beautiful sunset from the beach area. I would definitely come back, but get a suite next time!

Great stay in Key West Really enjoyed our stay here. The shuttle made getting around easy, and the pool area was nice with a bar right there — good food and drinks without having to go far. They offer a sunset cruise and a nighttime kayak experience, which I didn’t get to try this time, but definitely will next time. The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean and simple. Would happily stay here again.

This is the best place that I’ve stayed in Key West! When I come back, this will be where I stay. The only issue we had was the AC wasn’t working properly. I informed the staff and they had maintenance there immediately… Even when it was late at night. I was impressed with that. The building numbers can get confusing and finding our room was hard but once we did, everything else is great. I highly recommend.
