The staff and the shuttle drivers are fantastic. Breakfast was pretty good. They offer free bottled water, which is a nice perk. The only negative is the fact that if you are in a room with 2 double beds, one of the beds is literally up against the air conditioner vent. My poor husband froze every night being that close to it. And you have to have the air on b/c it is HOT in Key West. Overall, I'd say it was a great stay :)

Very nice and met our needs. Only recommendation would be the floors (especially bathroom tile floor) needed to be mopped. Walking around left the bottoms of our feet and flip flops black on the bottom.

Clean, friendly staff, on-site concierge, comfortable. Oceanfront rooms are nice and have full view of the ocean but there is a 2 lane main road between your room and ocean. Just FYI. That being said I would stay in this room again. Private balconys with the oceanfront rooms. On-Site Tiki style bar with a nice large pool.

Hampton Inn staff and services were great. Room was clean; however, there was always a damp smell coming from the ac unit. We enjoyed the pool area and 2 complimentary drinks per day. Grounds were well maintained. I would stay there again.

I Loved the pool area and bar. It was great that breakfast was included. I wish there was a place for a proper dinner because without a car the only place to eat was the pool bar. Place was clean and rooms were nice. Staff was helpful.

PLEASE READ. Absolutely Disappointed – Key West Is Overhyped and Overpriced I booked a stay in Key West and was immediately hit with disappointment. The pictures of the hotel were completely deceiving—what looked clean, bright, and spacious online turned out to be the opposite in person. The room was small, dirty, and smelled horrible. Bird droppings were everywhere, and the entire place felt neglected and unclean. For $950 for two nights, this was an absolute rip-off. To make matters worse, I tried switching hotels and ended up at another place just as bad. The second room reeked of cigarettes and was just as overpriced. I ended up making the 8-hour drive back the same day—that’s how bad it was. Key West in general was a huge letdown. It’s dirty, insanely overpriced, and not at all what it’s made out to be. There’s barely anything to do, especially for younger people looking for fun or adventure. It felt more like a tourist trap than a vacation destination. Avoid Key West. Don’t waste your time or money.
We ended up with the worst view and a loud air conditioner
All we saw was bird crap while we ate. NASTY! Doesn't take much to upkeep your property!
