The hotel shuttle to the main downtown area was huge! The property is located so near the airport, which is also huge! I thought it would be a party hotel, which it could be, but what it was for us, a family of four traveling together, was just the right fit. The food was delicious at the hotel, and the staff was always friendly. It shows signs of aging, but being so close to the ocean, it's to be expected. Literally across the street from a great beach.

Probably won’t stay here again. It’s not bad. The lobby coffee is outstanding. The people are very nice. We had to ask for housekeeping each day. The pool is small. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The staff is delightful. The room is small. It needs an upgrade and some paint. Checkin was easy quick and very pleasant

Was pleasantly surprised by the heated pool. I don't believe that was listed when I booked. Only downside was bar menu was very limited. Shrimp was good. Caesar salad was way too heavy on the Parmesan cheese. Key Lime pie wasn't worth it. Burgers were okay, not for the price though. Everything else was great! Plan on dining out instead of eating there.

Beautiful hotel, super room, and beach!

Amazing hotel, super comfortable, many fun things to do and extras on site, and the beach is directly across the street. Easy to park and access your room from the lot. The room was fantastic.

Fun time in Key West

The property was nice BUT the location was not the best as far as near town and most activities. There was a free shuttle to one location near town. And not inexpensive. Food wise excellent but one very common breakfast item- if you want- 2 eggs, home fries, toast and a protein nope you have to order a la cart.
