Highly recommend, very clean and updated, feels like an apartment not a typical hotel. Pet friendly, canal water balcony a plus. We liked the private second floor bedroom with king size bed, nice full bathroom, living room and kitchen downstairs. If you bring kids, there is a sleeper sofa downstairs with half bath.

Paid over $375 including some sort of property/resort fees for ONE night. I could understand if it was a luxury property but all the toiletries were completely empty and the bathroom door not only wouldn’t lock but would slide all the way open so ZERO privacy using the bathroom. I let them know and expect you to go get what was missing, then ended up bringing shampoo. I followed up to let them know I wasn’t happy with my stay. I have yet to hear from anyone
