This place was what I didn’t realize I needed. Small, quaint, quiet, and a peaceful retreat. Cottages were decent. Great food within a few miles. Beautiful sunrises and exquisite sunsets. Definitely peaceful. Will return. Staff was splendid.

Office staff were great but we had ants on our sink that had gotten into our food so had to be tossed out. A maintenance person came very quickly that sprayed but used RAID. The ants were back within hours. I would think there would be an industrial spray that would have worked much more efficiently.

Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi was nonexistent. I had quite a few hours of work Online planned I couldn’t do any of it. The room was as expected, and the entire property was just what we were hoping for we Kayak watched fish and had a very relaxing getaway.

The only thing I disliked was I had Room 201 which was directly behind the office. The street noise was horrible. The cabins farther down the driveway probably do not hear the noise. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Cottages are clean and comfortable. Just be sure to get one of the larger units. I had cottage with 2 Queens and a full kitchen. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Within walking distance of 3 decent restaurants and a Walgreens.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. Although we were closer to the main road, it was still very quiet. The resort is nicely secluded, had a nice beach area, and free kayaking. We had a great view of the sunset from one of the three docks that allow boats(also has a boat launch). There are 3 prime restaurants just a couple doors down that we walked to. We would definitely stay again!
