The property is located on an inlet and marina. The king suite we stayed in was overall nice and very spacious. Bed was average comfort. Room condition OK, but with some wear and tear. Bedroom blinds poor at blocking out outdoor hall lights. An issue for us was nighttime noise from a nearby bar and restaurant named Sha_____. There was loud live music and rowdy patrons until about midnight. Each morning at 5AM the trash truck for the restaurant would come. If not for the noise problem would have graded one star higher.

Passed through town and enjoyed the location. Restaurants nearby with live music. Didn’t use the pool, but looked clean and fairly large. Hot tub was very small compared to other places. The marina area was nice for a walk for sunrise or sunset. Room was in small side but adequate.

The property had easy check in/out service with very courteous staff. Had a decent continental breakfast. bathrooms were pretty small but had the softest towels of any three star hotel I stayed in. Noise from other rooms was very apparent. We could clearly hear conversations from rooms adjacent, above and below us.
