Our room has broken closets doors(won’t open or close). Dead bolt doesn’t work. You can see in the room because no curtains and the blinds have a 3” gap on the sides and bottom that people walking by can see in. The phone in room doesn’t work, the coffee maker don’t work. Parking is terrible. We’ve had a bag of garbage left from previous guests under our bed for 3 days. The maid didn’t come today and we were locked out of our room last night for 30 mins because the door wouldn’t open..they had to change the battery. I’ve spoke to the front desk every night and nothing was done! Very upset with this place!

The room doesn’t look or feel clean. Thick dust on the blinds in room 410. Closet doors are off the tracks and won’t slide to open or close. TV console and end tables were askew. Door lock doesn’t work. Cable tv reception is lousy…pixelated screen. Not much positive to say.

We stayed here for 2 nights after we left Key West, the property is dated and needs a facelift but overall our stay here was fine. Room was clean and the pool was great. Just was not heated. The restaurant on the property was great and highly recommend going. The breakfast that was provided at the hotel was perfect for my 2 small kids. Only complaint besides property being outdated was it was sort of loud at night, you can hear toilets flushing and water running from units above and people coming into their rooms at night. Overall our stay was fine for what we needed to lay our heads down at night.

The place was scenic and relaxing. But we did not like our room accommodations. We were given the room on the very end of the first building, right next door to the restaurant/bar "Sharkeys". We could not get any sleep with all the music, partying and loud talking by patrons. Then there were some guest who where in the parking lot drinking and being loud until 3am.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the best pool property that we had been to and they did have a restaurant very close almost on the property. Actually parking was not the best you could park at the restaurant, but we had a lot of luggage so that wasn’t the best option I would say other than parking. It’s a very nice place to stay.

Location was fine for what we needed for a one night stay. Pool was good and towels supplied. Room ok for what we needed and Skippers restaurant was pretty good.The staff were excellent on reception. We arrived a little earlier than we had calculated, the room was ready so we were able to check in early. The ladies were so friendly and helpful, I would stay here again.
