I called to asked about the mini fridge, if it had a freezer part. I was told the room I booked and paid for a week in advance wasn’t available, then was told she made a mistake and they will have one ready for me. I was also informed of some wrist band policy, and that was nowhere listed on the website. Can only have 4 people go to the pool and that is including people who are not actually swimming. I booked this for my daughter’s girl night my daughter is 5 and she had 4 friends over. So I was told we could not all go to the pool, which was ridiculous. I didn’t have time to book a different hotel because I already set everything up and according to this hotel and didn’t want to risk not getting my money back since I prepaid. Once I arrived at the hotel at 3 o’clock, I will tell my room is ready, and there will be no estimate because they cannot rush the housekeepers. I was not able to check in until 4 PM. The staff was very rude and unapologetic. Everybody who came after me was able to check into their rooms no problem. Once I finally was able to go to the room, the room looked nothing like the pictures like they had gave me the wrong room. It was way smaller so I went back down and asked the staff very rudely was I told that this suite that I booked comes in different variations Not just the one that’s on the website. Very bad experience and I will not be back. It’s a beautiful hotel terrible service.
