when we checked in we were told no internet due to repairs. On the expedia website there is no mentioned of anything like that. Of course there is nothing to be done. They gave is a discount rate due to this and we were told we would have breakfast. Breakfast time came and there were nothing to est. Not enough food for the guests, not even coffee left. Baguels were probably from the 1800’s and peobably petrified. wont be staying here again

I did not stay at that hotel!!!! Before my check inn it was at Nightmare!!! They do not have WiFi, they do not give to my wife an accessible room , and they will charge for my 2 pets. $75 per pet per nite! They trick is awful!!! We have to get another hotel near by!!!!

When we arrived, they let us know that there was no Wi-Fi. OK – that can happen to anyone. Then, I went to walk my dog, and when I went for a poop bag in the dispenser, I found a birds nest. Clearly, no bags have been ever put it there. Also, the dog walking area is completely covered burr plants. So part of the evening was spent taking those off our dogs feet and picking them off of the floor. Also, when we entered our room, I noticed that there was a connecting door. Guess what – we could not lock that door from our side. A little bit creepy. So we piled up our stuff in front of the door. The room itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were two outlets in the entire room. The bathroom had one more. There was no table or anything like that – there was a dresser that the TV was on and the TV took up the whole top of the dresser. In fact, they put a lamp behind the TV set because they had nothing else to put it on. So needless to say it was a little awkward getting set up in the room. Very dim lighting – just one small table lamp and then of course the one behind the TV. Because the Wi-Fi was out, we had only four TV channels. Some of this may be just bad luck, bad timing. But I think a lot of it is just poor caretaking.

There was no network, it our was showing LTE, there was mentioned high speed internet and receptionist denied, said we don’t have internet past 6 months. And property still shows high speed internet. She was rude and asked if you want to leave you can cancel the reservation. But we don’t have any option left, as we had the print out of the Expedia no direct number to connect. And we are too tired, I was with wife we can’t do much. I am ok with no internet but i don’t like how she talked to us. We really want to have the refund. And my wife was mad on me just for this.
