I was in three different rooms throughout my stay and all three were dirty. The floors were not clean at all. The tub and shower were not clean. The soap bottle was empty (refillable kind). The beds were not at all comfortable. There was a sharp edge along the outside of the bed where the mattress edge was poking through.

Grossest room ever!

We checked into our room. As soon as we entered our room, it smelled like wet, molded cheese. We called the desk and told them that the room was dirty and had a foul smell. They came to our room, apparently to see if we were lying, and showed us two more rooms that were just as nasty. We explained that we couldn't stay in these conditions. They checked us out and said that they wouldn't charge us. We have still never receive anything that shows that we weren't charge for that disgusting room.
