Amazing facilities, shops, beach access, bike route around Waikoloa. The whole area is serene, quiet, beautiful - not crowded with touting stores like nearby Kona. I was welcomed like ohana and received access to my room a bit earlier than check in. The ocean view room was amazing. So clean and updated. Every single staff person that I came in contact with was AMAZING. Mauna Lani should be proud of their team. The adult pool is the perfection. Views for days, attentive staff, a swim up bar and comfy lounge chairs. I am counting the days when I can visit again.

Excellent service by friendly, welcoming staff. Resort was stunning. Bathroom cleverly designed with double sinks and luxurious walk-in-shower. Great options for activities, both free and a la carte.
