Great resort with beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms and balconies, excellent service, nice lagoon and beach, and great restaurants. Prefer North Tower over South Tower. Breakfast buffet is not worth the high price.

Friendly staff, amenities we really liked - in and out self parking or valet parking, free towels for on or offsite beach activities, cold water dispensers everywhere (to refill water bottles), 24/7 well equipped gym and the cool silicone room key wristbands, spacious rooms with plenty of outlets/USB/USB-C, double sinks and showers was a win! Great location (didn’t rain compared to Kona, Hilo, etc.) near several cool/convenient shopping/food - 5-10 minute drive or walkable too - some excellent beaches nearby too.

The property as the Fairmont is absolutely gorgeous right from the start you are greeted with such a warm welcome. The pool area is so comfortable my favorite person Elaine greeted me every morning with a big smile and where would you like to sit today 😃

This resort is really nice. Location is great and it’s very well maintained. It’s only getting one star, because I felt differential treatment in a bad way from one of the people at check-in. This continued even at the check out which was very disheartening. I won’t mention the name, but I hope other guests don’t feel that way.

After running and rushing around our vacation, this place was a happy oasis. It was the first time I didn’t want to leave a resort. I saw a turtle while snorkeling, my husband had a pickleball coach, and fed a lovebird and geese from my patio. The grounds and beach are beautiful, and the staff is exceptional.

This is an established, beautiful property. The gardens, koi ponds and beach are well-kept and beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive. Housekeeping is very good. The room, bathroom and general areas need some up dates. Paint and surfaces are worn in places. The Luau was great. A real get-away.
