They were responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to making things right. Their follow‑up and willingness to go above and beyond turned the experience around, and I truly appreciated the care they showed. I’m grateful for the effort they put into ensuring a positive outcome.

My stay was for the night of 2/8/2026. I tried calling for the complimentary airport shuttle to pick me up. No one answered. They'd pick the phone up and slam it down. I ended up paying to get to the hotel because it was a nonrefundable reservation or I would have canceled. I was also supposed to receive a $30 food voucher as part of what was promised as an Expedia VIP member upon checking in. The clerk said I didn't qualify. I complained by text to Expedia and Maui Seaside. I received a text at 9:10PM that I could pick the coupon up at the front desk. Of course the restaurant was closed by then and I wasn't able to use it for dinner as planned. It was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Expedia should remove this as a VIP property.

Cute property with a lovely view. The room we stayed in was not one of the renovated rooms, but it was clean and adequate. The pool is very nice, and the property is kept up very well.
