The staff were wonderful. Very professional and hospitable. The hotel is somewhat outdated. The room was very small. Inner doors did not close. Coffee pot in the room was broken It would have been ok but at the price point that it was I was very disappointed in the room we had. We paid a third of the price in the previous hotel and got a huge beautiful room with lots of space. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Our room wasn’t available so they put us in the handicapped room, which was fine with us. However the carpets by the shower were soaked. There was also dried blood in the sheets. They were able to move us to another room. The staff was nice but the experience wasn’t great due to the multiple room issues and we were only staying one night.

Expedia double booked my room and the hotel wanted to give me a lesser room. The lobby was dirty. Other people were coming to the front desk to complain about the rooms. I asked for a refund and Expedia is giving me the runaround about a refund. Will not use Expedia again

This property is incredibly run down and beyond dirty. Upon opening the door the smell of mold slapped us in the face. We were not given a parking pass upon check in and received a parking violation for not having one in our car. The rate this property charges per night is astronomical for what you receive in return. If you want housekeeping you have to request it. To get ice you have to walk down into the bowels of the building to locate one ice machine for the entire property. Not a vending machine in sight. The furniture in the lobby is falling apart, stained and disheveled. If you have zero expectations of a motel, yest I said "motel" this is your place.

It was a very comfortable bed! Slept so well! Really didn’t get to explore the premises as we had to catch an early flight! Staff friendly! The driver of airport shuttle was very friendly! Good experience over all! Disappointed airport shuttle not available for late flights coming in!
