This is a great property for an overnighter or longer. Conveniently centrally located where you can do your errands or work, close to shops and restaurants & if your familiar where the cheap eats are. If you need a place to stay with elderly or your pet dog, highly recommended because you can stay on ground floors & be close to the beach/harbor area and exits without walking very far. There are several exits to different parking areas so you don’t have to walk far unlike other big resorts. I like staying in a smaller resort without the big tourist crowd, easy walking and accessibility to whatever you need if you don’t need the luxury amenities. I was pleasantly surprised the room is great. Wish it came with a microwave in our double bedroom but not a deal breaker. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you Maui Beach.

The room was dirty. Was very UNSURE if the bed linen was even changed out (when I pulled the covers down it already looked sat/slept in, the pillow case looked like it wasn’t changed and there were crumbs in the bed). I actually slept on top of the comforter and used my sweater as a blanket. The furniture was dated. Will not come back.

It a decent overall stay but not worth the price. Too small rooms and old facility that doesn't match up for the prices offered. Parking, food, Washer-Dryer usage nothing is included in the booking cost and everything is charged additionally which is yet another minus

Pictures make the rooms look bigger. Room was very small and tight. It smelled like a smoker had stayed before us. There was hair in the shower/tub and I had to clean it before use. There was a stain on the carpet and one on the sheet. There were people drinking outside below our room and they were so loud and it went on for a few hours.

Homeless sleeping outside the hotel on the beach, I had to pay daily fee to park a rental car at the hotel I already paid to stay at. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was smaller than looks on website. Ocean view not realistic, more hotel next to the hotel

Where to begin… The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and the AC was blowing something that smelled of mold or mildew. I knew right away that this was not a fit for us, but Expedia tried to reach the front desk for cancellation approval and the front desk refused to let us leave. Further, the relocation team rejected our request because I booked as a single occupant with 2 beds, but brought my caregiver with me due to my disability. Expedia said there was nothing they could do and I had to stay there or lose my money. Terrible!! We were upgraded to ocean view room that was infested with roaches. They tried to upgrade us again to a room which had been recently renovated but the AC was blowing warm air only and we couldn’t open the windows because there were no screens. We tried to tell the manager on Sunday morning about all our problems and we waited for an hour both in the room and at the front but no one came to talk to us. Frankly we were pissed. We talked to a local and told them where were staying. Apparently they say this hotel has a history for being the worst hotel to stay at on the island, and I have to say I agree. The room where we stayed had a noisy AC that rattled and the maintenance person said that for sure he would get to it and never did. Maria said she would refund our resort fee but never put in any notes to do so. Another supervisor said she would refund everything she could (~$100) but we are still waiting for that. Never again!!!!
