Room spotless, car valets eager, no wonder free parking adjacent to hotel, bar never open which doubled as a coffee convenience store in the morning. Passes itself poorly as a luxury hotel. facilities close to hotel restaurants etc made our stay palatable just. Will not be back

My room wasn’t ready when I came to check in- they told me they had my room in queue to be expedited and they’d call me when ready. 3 hours passed and and I went to check on the room and they said it’s been ready, and they apologized for not contacting me as promised. They asked me for a credit card to hold for incidentals and the people working couldn’t figure out how to run my credit card and told me they each card I’ve given them has declined! Finally a manager came over and showed them how to properly run a credit card. Finally, I was given my luggage cart to take up to my room myself. The hotel is nice, the room was nice and clean, just not a smooth check in process at all. Frustrating.

Check in was smooth and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were there for a wedding. Everything was perfect, staff, cleanliness, amenities. The only con was the cell service on property. We were informed we needed to connect to the WiFi. That fixed the problem, but it was spotty in some areas. We would definitely stay there again.
