Our stay was satisfactory until the following morning, when we discovered a clogged bathroom drain. Despite multiple service requests, no assistance arrived. We were forced to resolve the issue ourselves. When we contacted the help desk to request a checkout time extension to 11:30 AM due to this unforeseen circumstance, our request was denied. This interaction with the help desk was highly unsatisfactory.

Very clean facility. We really loved our room in the tower. We find this location very convenient to go to comedy shows. Two things we wish is that they had more blackjack tables available under $20 and more restaurant options. Every restaurant option was packed for hours. So we use the snack bar instead which was just fine
