This area of densely packed motels, fast food, and gas stations is difficult to navigate, and even with Google Maps we had a hard time finding the entrance. But the motel itself is excellent.

Inside was good. BUT NO HOT WATER. Heard water running from other rooms. Makes for lots of noise. Couldn't wait to get it fixed. We needed to get on the road. Breakfast was great.

Nice stay

It was a good stay. Had a hiccup when we checked in, but I must admit they took care of it right away. Good room and nice breakfast! Also, nice area. We didn’t feel threatened at all and it was very quiet.

Great location when driving route 66. Used the laundry facilities which were great and good breakfast options. However not a great night sleep due to bedding and issues with the bath/ shower.

The room was great and clean. Outside of the room definitely did not match the niceness of the rooms but it was completely fine. Everything was great except for the replacement of towels. We had 4 people and they would only give us two towels. Not a big deal at all as we went down to get two more. It’s a great place to stay on a budget and the room is newly renovated.

From the moment we walked in and greeted by the young gal @ front desk we had a great experience. The beds and bedding were super comfortable and the air was very fresh! Great price and near so many restaurants and gas stations for our travels.

WiFi service poor for business traveler

Generally good but the “free” internet was a big hassle kept logging out and it offer free internet if I signed up with choice hotels but I tried that 3 times and it did not go through - kept saying “failed” so I had to watch a Joann Fabrics commercial at least 12 times while I was there for 2 days And my husbands apple laptop was being treated as an Xbox or game console so he had to go to front desk twice - once for an automated tech support and finally a gentleman at the front desk was able to help him fix Have always had good experience with Quality Inns around the country but this experience was not great for a business traveler

The bathroom floor was so slippery I half killed myself. I've been traveling for weeks and this is a common problem. Bathroom tiles are not decorative tiles. They can be decorative but they also have grip. All else was fine with property and staff. Would stay again, CAREFULLY.
