We have stayed at this LaQuinta about 4 times per year for the last few years. Service and cleanliness are good. This time we rented a suite that contained a hot tub for a special night, and we were a little disappointed. Only half the jets worked in the hot tub / spa, and access to the tub was a little difficult as there was only one safety handle. And the room window shade was broken. I also noticed that overall maintenance of the facility seems to be degrading, as evidenced for example by noticeably worn cushions on the benches in the breakfast area. The exterior patio area is still great for walking our small dog, that is very appreciated. We will stay there again, I just hope maintenance improves.

Stay was good. Staff was friendly. Unfortuantely the hotel seemed to be understaffed. The front desk was unmanned because they were having to do multiple duties. Had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to just check in. I understrand help is hard to find and keep now days

The hotel room was very clean, however, we were short one set of towels but were able to make do; the floor seemed to be clean but sounded "sticky" when walking on the vinyl hardwood. Other than those two things, the room was very clean, the staff was excellent and the breakfast buffet had a large selection of foods and juices. Overall, very pleased.

I loved that I could walk to Old Chicago Pizza without leaving the facility. The breakfast was very good. I found the bathroom vanity incrediblysmall & cumbersome. The shower flow was awful, I think you need new ones. I found the pillows were uncomfortable. The room was too expensive for the above reasons. I doubt that I will stay at a La Quinta again.

I liked that this hotel was close to restaurants and stores etc. The high color temperature LED lighting in the room was awful! It cheapened the appearance of the room overall.
