Staff was excellent, they did a great job. First room had mold on carpet, even though I booked online 3rd party, they gave me a nice clean room right away. They were friendly, and helpfull. My girl loved the mattress and the room was great

There was a very strong weed smell from when we first opened the door. The halls smelled very strong and the rooms (we had2 rooms) both had a smell that wasn’t pleasant. So… not dirty, but smelly.

The Room

Over all the building had a odor. The carpet was old. I had to buy some air fresher for the smell. Other than that everything else was great the staff, breakfast, the check in, the pool and check out. When I got home I had to wash everything and I mean everything. The reason I choice This Days Inn was because of the price and the location. The price was 82.00 a night.

The staff was very friendly. Great courtyard area for our dog. However, the room floors are bathroom were incredibly dirty - we didn't feel comfortable showering. The pool also had no water, and this was at the end of June.

My experience likely does not reflect the average travel experience. So I will try and be as polite as I can and be as respectful as possible. All staff that I encountered were so polite and sweet and did everything they could to accommodate my odd needs. So I stayed here because of the ease on and off the interstate and price. Booked with third party company. I haul loads cross country for long distances, I have been driving for 24 hrs and had to get some sleep for a couple hours in a safe quiet place before continuing on, so I only wanted the room to sleep for 4-5 hours. I checked in around 2:50 in the afternoon, they gave me a room, room 308. Huge complex, drove back to the room, entered the building, opened the door to the room walked inside and turned around, a half naked man was already inside that room. Ok so simple, but embarrassing mistake, I feel sorry for that guy. Any way went back to the counter the wonderful sweet lady issued me a sincere apology and another room on the other end of the complex. I get to that hallway and I can hear LOUD bloodhound like barking from a pair of dogs left unattended in a room that turned out to be EXACTLY next to mine. I open my room and there is a nice, apparently clean room, and I just fall into bed. I begin to dose off and look at the wall and there is an enormous cockroach smashed onto the wall by a previous guest. I’m talking mid wall, not hidden, size of a quarter. Face level if you sit on the bed..

The property was getting ready for remodel. Ifeel i should've been edvised of this before hand. The room had an odor likedog poop. He checked by pullling the matress from the wall and i found it. I also left a day early. How do i get reimbursed for this.
