When I went to check in they tried to charge me $30 more than what I was told I would be paying in full by Expedia.they said it was a convenience fee and I told them I was not paying that extra and I would either have my room at what I agreed to pay or I would leave. They waived the extra charges.

I always stay at the Hampton when I’m visiting family in Paragould. The hotel is always very clean and quiet and the staff are awesome. They are always so courteous and helpful.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Minor issue with the heater not shutting off and the room getting really hot, but the problem was fixed easily and overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Spacious room, clean, walk in shower, Comfortable bed & HVAC worked well & quiet. Furnishings are traveler friendly—lots of places to put luggage etc. Staff are friendly. The only complaint was breakfast offerings, only biscuits & gravey. We stop here on our road trips to Texas, recently in May & there were eggs, lots of breakfast offerings.
