Japantown accommodation with spa

The food smelled delicious and awesome customer service

This was a great place for a vacation with 2 young girls. We were close to everything, food was good, service was good and the girls got to swim!

This will be my go to hotel for anytime I need to stay near downtown San Francisco. The staff were nice, the restaurant and bar was nice to have in its place. The staff were very helpful too. The site does have only one elevator, but you are not waiting for it for long.

The area was questionable and the water pressure was low and disappointing but other than that, it was just as expected for the price.

The hotel was great! Clean and conveniently located! Housekeeping did a wonderful job of cleaning our room every day! The only suggestion I would make is to have the inside of the windows cleaned. The views are wonderful and would have been better through clean windows.

Clean rooms, friendly staff & nice lobby with 24-hour free coffee station. Area around hotel is under construction but street parking was easy. Hotel also has small parking lot but was full. Very central location - would stay here again!
